What I Can Do For You

As a registered NDIS Support Carer, I provide personalised care and support to individuals living with disabilities, assisting them in achieving greater independence and enhancing their quality of life. My role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals and develop tailored support plans that empower them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

 

I assist with daily activities, including personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, household tasks, and transportation, ensuring that each client is supported with dignity and respect. In addition to practical assistance, I provide emotional support and foster an environment that encourages skill development, social participation, and community involvement.

 

I also ensure that clients' health and safety are prioritised. By maintaining accurate records and adhering to NDIS guidelines and standards, I contribute to a person-centered approach that supports the individual’s goals and promotes their overall well-being.

 

My role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. As well as the ability to remain adaptable and responsive. I am committed to providing high-quality care while promoting independence, dignity, and respect for the individuals I support.

What I Can Do For You

As an Accounts Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of NDIS service delivery, ensuring that all funding allocations and claims are accurately processed and aligned with the needs of our clients. My role involves working closely with clients, service providers, and the NDIS to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.

 

Key responsibilities include managing client budgets, monitoring funding usage, preparing and submitting claims, and ensuring that clients receive the full entitlements under their NDIS plans. I also liaise with service providers to coordinate service delivery and ensure that invoices are accurate and processed efficiently. Additionally, I work to resolve any billing or funding-related issues, providing support and guidance to clients and their families as needed.

 

I am also involved in maintaining detailed financial records, providing regular reports on funding usage, and ensuring that all transactions comply with NDIS requirements. My role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of NDIS policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both clients and service providers.

 

By managing NDIS funding effectively, I help ensure that clients can access the services and support they need to achieve their goals, while contributing to the sustainability and financial integrity of the organisation.
